THE PROBLEM IT SOLVES
Care Collaborator was designed to bridge the critical gap between complex government legislation and the practical, day-to-day delivery of services into the home. The primary challenge we addressed was administrative sustainability. As regulatory demands increase, the "paperwork tax" on providers often eats into the time meant for actual care. We solved this by automating compliance, ensuring financial accuracy, and streamlining the onboarding process. The shift to the Support at Home program on November 1, 2025, represented the most significant legislative overhaul in a generation. Care Collaborator underwent a massive architectural evolution to ensure providers remained compliant and efficient.
WHAT IT DOES
Care Collaborator is a digital SaaS ecosystem designed to bridge the gap between complex Australian aged care legislation and practical service delivery by automating participant onboarding which includes the Service Agreement, initial Care Plan, Services Schedule and individualised Budget. The platform operates via a "Tri-Tiered Logic" engine that applies baked-in legislative rules to instantly calculate financial co-contributions and map services to government Service IDs. By utilising an intuitive workflow and integrated e-signatures, the system replaces manual paperwork and physical visits with a single, compliant digital process. This initiative dramatically improves workforce efficiency, drastically reducing administrative time due to the reduction in the number of visits to one or none, while providing participants with immediate financial transparency and faster access to care.
