Jefferson Spratt has worked across aged care, technology and AI, supporting providers through practical, human-centred change. After working in Digital Experience at Uniting and building Aged Care AI tools at KPMG, he now leads Heidi Health's growth across Aged Care, helping organisations use AI where it matters most - reducing paperwork, improving employee experience, and returning time to quality care. Heidi Health is an Australian healthcare AI company helping care teams spend less time on documentation and more time with clients.

At Uniting, part of my role was capturing testimonials from our residential and home care clients. Seeing the realities and structural brokenness of aged care firsthand set me on a mission - to bring AI technology to a sector that desperately needs it.
